A 4-point home inspection is a focused evaluation of a home’s four key systems: roof, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. This inspection identifies visible defects, safety concerns, and the estimated remaining life of each system, helping determine insurability and coverage eligibility.
What We Include
A drone roof inspection uses a high-resolution camera drone to safely examine a roof without physically walking on it. It captures detailed aerial images and video to identify issues such as missing shingles, leaks, flashing damage, soft spots, and general wear. This method improves safety, reduces risk of roof damage, and provides clear visual documentation for the inspection report.
A rapid radon test is a short-term screening that delivers preliminary results in about two hours, with roughly 75% accuracy. It provides a quick snapshot of radon levels in the home using specialized electronic monitors. While useful for fast decision-making during real estate transactions, it is not as precise as longer-term testing and may be influenced by short-term environmental conditions. For confirmation, extended testing is recommended.
